TCU is a location host this year to the growing GIS Day. The worldwide celebration is centered around discovering the world through geographic information systems, a scientific framework for gathering, analyzing and visualizing geographic data.

The 2022 TCU STEM & Culture Symposium will focus on the theme “Your Voice Matters: STEM Scholars as Community Advocates.” The virtual event will be held Friday, April 8 from 2 - 4 p.m. CST via Zoom and is open to students, faculty, and staff.

The College of Science & Engineering is collaborating with the TRIO SSS office to celebrate First-Generation College Student Day, which was intended to act as a first step toward greater awareness of the challenges first-generation students face.
